The best time to plant a tree was 20 years ago. The second best time is now.

- Our website will not charge you to book a future session with with our coaches.  However,  our booking confirmation email and SMS will notify you of the future cost of the service you have ordered.

- After booking we will contact you to make payment arrangements via one of the three options below that best suits your needs.

   1. One off direct bank deposit or credit card payment for FULL PROGRAM AMOUNT (minus 10% discount) 

   2. 4 x automated payments each fortnight for FULL PROGRAM AMOUNT (minus 5% discount)

   3. 8 x weekly payments before each session for the SESSION AMOUNT  (no discount) 

 - Only once payment arrangements are completed we will unlock access to your future ONLINE COACHING SESSIONS.

 - If payment arrangements are not completed prior to the coaching session than the coaching session will not proceed.

- Life can get in the way some times, and you may not be able to make the weekly session or you need to reschedule to a different date.  Please contact use via the contact details provided with your booking to. reschedule to a future date.

- Our 8-week programs includes the option to extend by a maximum of four weeks (total 12 weeks duration).  If you are unable to complete your 8-week program within the extended 12 week period, there is no refund or credit  any kind for unused sessions.

 - If you have pre-paid for a whole program, or on a payment plan but severe personal or unforeseen circumstances impact your ability to continue, then a refund of the cost for the unused (pre-paid) sessions will be credited to you, minus a 10% cancellation fee.
